• Essential oils to deepen relaxation
• Guided meditation to settle the mind and body
• Tuning fork and sound work
• Other complementary practices when appropriate

People come to Reiki for many reasons — stress, difficult transitions, grief, physical discomfort, or a desire to feel more grounded and connected. Sessions are offered as a space for rest and restoration alongside whatever other care and support you have in place.

Rates

Sessions start at $55 for 30 minutes. Most first visits are booked as a 60-minute session ($95), in person or at a distance. Five-session packages are $245 for 30 minutes (saves $30) and $425 for 60 minutes (saves $50). Custom and extended work is quoted individually.

Every session closes with time to share what came through — the impressions and observations I noticed while working. I don't interpret them for you. You take what's useful.

Payment by cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle at the session. If you need to move an appointment, let me know as far ahead as you can and we'll find another time.
