My Journey to Reiki

I came to Reiki the way many people do — not looking for a practice, but looking for relief.

For years I lived with symptoms no one could account for. I went through the appointments and the tests and was told, repeatedly, that nothing was wrong. Something in me knew otherwise, and that is where my search began.

What began as my own search became a calling. Through Reiki I found relief.

Reiki is not my only work. I maintain a full professional life alongside this practice, so I intentionally work with a limited number of clients. That allows each session to remain personal, unhurried, and with the attention this work deserves.

I've sat with people navigating illness, pain, loss, difficult transitions, and the particular exhaustion of feeling stuck. Every journey is its own.

Training & Practice

I am a Certified Reiki Master in the traditional Usui method, trained through Levels I, II, and III, and I continue my education in complementary healing modalities.

Sessions may involve essential oils, guided meditation, or other modalities — chosen for the person in front of me. Sessions generally close with time to share the impressions and insights that came through during the work.

I'm always learning, and the practice grows with me. New offerings appear on the website as they become available.

Hi, I’m Jenelle.

My Philosophy

Reiki is for everyone—including kids and animals.

You don't need any particular beliefs, expectations, or preparation to experience Reiki. You don't even have to be sure what you think about it. You can simply come as you are, settle in, and allow yourself an hour away from the demands of everyday life.

I approach Reiki as a gentle, complementary practice that creates space for deep relaxation, reflection, and a greater sense of balance. Some people experience the work primarily as profoundly calming; others describe physical sensations, emotional shifts, or a stronger sense of connection to themselves. Every experience is different, and my role is simply to create a safe, intentional space and allow the session to unfold naturally.
